| E. Stanley Jones wrote “ Some things God won't do until we pray.” It's not that God can't, but He waits for his people to join in the effort. We believe God is waiting, and will respond to our prayers with increasing measure of his presence, power and purpose in the life of our church. |

The Outlet Prayer Ministry is an outgrowth of the heartfelt desire
to see:
- God be glorified through the life
of our church.
- The kingdom of God go forward into
our families, neighborhoods and city
- Our church become increasingly effective and influential
leading others into life changing relationships with Christ.

Toward this end, The Outlet Prayer Ministry meets during our
Saturday and Sunday morning services, and prays throughout the
service. We meet every Sunday for the 9:15 service, and our goal for
this year to see Every Service – Every Weekend covered in
prayer.

Here are the details.
- What: A 90 minute
commitment, one time a month, on Saturday night or Sunday morning,
for 4 months.
- When: Saturday or
Sundays, starting 30 minutes before the service start time.
- Where: In the
Lighthouse Prayer Chapel, just across from the library.
Why: We pray with
the weekend's teaching pastor, talk through the details of the
service, and cover any personal prayer requests. After a short
devotional and discussion, we begin praying. Our format varies from
week to week as we follow the Spirit’s leading. Our time together
is intimate with our Father, filled with thanksgiving, worship and
searching His heart… together.
- How Long: We ask that you consider a 4 month
commitment, Sept – Dec, Jan – April, or May – Aug, and to pray
during 1 service per month. But feel free to join us for any service
to see if this ministry is for you.
- Who: In addition to
the ministry's regular members, our
weekend prayer times are great opportunities for small groups,
families, of groups of friends to pray together. You will find your
group grows both spiritually, and closer together when you spend
time praying together.

month. That’s it. Simple. Effective. Powerful.
Our meetings
are passionate – and electrifying. We envision the day when there
are many more praying during every service, every weekend. Where God
