| This training is a necessity for apprentices and first time Small Group Leaders as well as a benefit to experienced leaders desiring to improve their leadership skills. |
| Our goal is to maximize your time AND your ability to be a great Small Group Leader, so we have compacted a lot of material into three classes with some light online work prior to each class. |
